Director of Data Systems & Performance Management
Luke Hill joined NAUDL in July 2012 and, in various roles, has been instrumental in building NAUDL’s growth capacity and data systems. Luke currently focuses on helping debate leagues utilize data to improve their programming and organizational efficiency.
Luke also has nearly a decade of experience coaching debate at the college and high school levels. Prior to joining the NAUDL, he coached debate at Northwestern University where his students consistently excelled, winning the 2011 National Debate Tournament (NDT). He was also a high school debate coach in Illinois and in Georgia, where he taught history at Chattahoochee High School outside of Atlanta. Luke’s students excelled at both local and national level competitions, winning two State titles.
Luke earned both his undergraduate degree in Social Policy and his Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University.
