Rhonda Haynes has served as Executive Director of NAUDL since July 2019, having previously served as Deputy Director for three years. She brings 25 years of leadership experience to NAUDL — in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, with a strong background in building organizational capacity and developing growth strategies. However, it is Rhonda’s profound love for seeing children thrive, and interest in creating opportunities for youth and young adults, that most inspires her work with NAUDL. Leveraging her passions and uniquely honed skills, Rhonda is able to drive thoughtful collaboration, plans, and systems to ultimately move NAUDL’s mission forward — engaging our partners, expanding access to quality debate programs, and supporting league alumni in making smooth transitions to achieve college and career success.
Rhonda holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
