After-school programs, districts feeling impact of federal funding freeze: ‘It’s a mess’

July 6, 2025 (tulsaworld.com) – “Ross Faith is the executive director of the Tulsa Debate League, one of 54 Oklahoma recipients of a 21st Century Community Learning Center federal grant to provide academic enrichment opportunities for students before or after school.
