How to Implement:

1 - Establish best tech practices across leagues

-Establish commonly used tech across leagues

-Select a platform or set of platforms that meet all needs and work together (i.e. Google Classroom)

-Consistent use of platforms, so students aren't always learning tech, but instead are spending time learning debate

2 - Survey students' tech needs and interest

-Survey - what do students have access / need access to?

-Survey - what tech do students (& parents) use & what are they comfortable with?

-Do surveys by phone if needed for students that can't/don't access online survey

3 - Make Training Accessible

-Support/training videos for tech help (not just dependent on tech, paper guides?)

-Webinars/interactive sessions that people could attend for training

4 - Empower students to teach

-Give students opportunities to teach tech to each other and us
