June 1, 2020 – We share the pain our students, teachers and colleagues are feeling today as a result of the harsh reality of racial injustice and undue persecution. Our hearts, too, are heavy and tired. We acknowledge that these pervasive and harmful societal issues have no place in the world we want for students, ourselves and our families. We support those working for equity and justice and continue to believe in the power of amplifying voices and open dialogue in achieving sustained change. We stand for an equal, just society with freedom from fear and hatred.
